Getting Started with Zelle®
|
To use Zelle, all you need is a U.S. bank account. You can access Zelle through your bank's mobile app or website, or directly through the Zelle app if your bank doesn’t offer Zelle yet. Here's how to get started:

- Enrol with Zelle® using your email address or U.S. mobile number. If you use your bank's app, look for Zelle in the payments section.
- Send a payment to us by entering our email address ([email protected]) associated with our Zelle® account. You'll need to enter the amount you wish to send.- Make sure to add the order number as a note.
- Confirm your payment. Please make sure all details are correct and send it off. If we're already enrolled with Zelle®, the payment will go directly into our account, typically within minutes.

What if my bank or credit union doesn't offer Zelle®?
|
Don’t worry! Our network of participating financial institutions is always growing, and you can still use Zelle® by downloading the Zelle® app for Android and iOS.
|
- Speed: Transactions typically occur in minutes when both the sender and recipient are enrolled with Zelle.
- Convenience: No need to download an extra app if you’re using it through your bank.
- Security: Zelle uses authentication and monitoring features to make your payments secure.
