General
Our products may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date of the original purchase. We kindly ask that you contact us if you have a complaint or are not completely satisfied with your order, as a courtesy. Sale items are eligible for return and refund (subject to the terms below).
Please notify us immediately upon receipt if your product arrives damaged or defective.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us promptly via Support to report the issue and initiate the return process.
- You (the customer) are responsible for paying all shipping costs to return the item to us.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if the damage/defect is confirmed, we will either:
- Issue a replacement (shipped at our expense), or
- Process a refund (less any applicable fees—see below).
The Return Process (Non-Damaged/Voluntary Returns)
For returns not due to damage or defect (e.g., change of mind), the following applies:Before returning a product, please ensure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The seal on the product is intact.
- Contact us via Support to discuss your return and receive confirmation.
- Ship the item back to the address above.
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Note: Shipping charges incurred for returning a product are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed minus a $15 handling fee per returned order.
- If we determine that we are responsible for the damage, we will waive the handling fee
- Otherwise, the handling fee will be deducted
- Refunds will be issued only via:
- Wire ACH transfer to the bank account you provide, or
- The Credit Card that you paid with, or
- Bitcoin transfer to the wallet address you specify.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or proven damage in transit).
Replacements (when offered instead of a refund) will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet our policy conditions.
