Where we Ship

We ship only to addresses within the United States and its territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and other US territories). We do not offer direct international shipping outside the US and territories.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped by our fulfillment partners in North Carolina.
  • Most orders ship the next working day after payment is received and cleared.
  • We use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our primary carrier (Priority Mail recommended for faster delivery). FedEx may be used as backup in some cases.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, and the order status will update to “Completed.”

International Customers

For customers outside the US and territories, we recommend using a reputable US package forwarding service. These services give you a US shipping address; we ship there as normal, and they forward to your location (with options like package consolidation to reduce costs). Popular options include:

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and standard shipping is free for orders above $30. Priority Mail is available.
  • We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays once the package leaves the US (handled by the forwarding service and your local carrier).
