The capsule filler set consists of six parts: an Alignment Plate, a Body Plate, a Middle Plate, a Cap Plate, a Powder Pressing Plate, and a Tamping Tool.
It efficiently produces 100 or 200 capsules per batch at size "0", "00" or "1", while minimizing material waste due to its practical design. Size "0" is the most common and what we use.
Built with automation in mind, the capsules are easily arranged in the designated holes through simple manual procedures, thereby enhancing filling efficiency.
The product is designed with safety in mind, featuring rounded corners that eliminate sharp edges.
This product is ideal for personal use and small business capsule manufacturing.
Prepare the Alignment Plate: Place the Alignment Plate on top of the Body Plate.
Add Capsule Heads: Insert the appropriate number of capsule heads into the designated areas of the Capsule Plate.
Fill the Capsule Heads: Shake the machine gently to ensure each hole in the Capsule Plate is filled with a capsule head.
Remove Excess: Pour out any excess capsule heads and verify that each hole is completely filled.
Remove the Alignment Plate: Take off the Alignment Plate from the assembly.
Stack the Plates: Position the notched side of the Middle Plate on top of the Cover Plate.
Add Capsule Bodies: Place the correct number of capsule bodies on the Cap Plate, then shake it to fill each hole completely.
Remove Excess: Pour out any excess capsule bodies and take off the disc tray.
Fill the Capsule Bodies: Pour the powder material onto the Body Panel. Use a tool, like a spatula, to scrape back and forth to ensure all capsule bodies are filled.
Overlap Plates: Align the Middle Plate with the Body Panel, ensuring the Middle Plate is on top.
Lock Capsules Together: Firmly press down with both hands to secure the capsule heads with the capsule bodies. You should hear a locking sound.
Check Locking: Remove the Cover to examine whether any capsules are not locked. Gently press any capsules that remain unlocked.
Remove the Middle Plate: The filled and locked capsules should now be on the Middle Plate. Carefully remove the Middle Plate.
Release Capsules: Tap the Middle Plate gently to release the capsules.
Store Capsules: Finally, store the capsules in plastic or glass bottles to complete the packaging process.
