We use Fedex and US Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping and we ship from North Carolina. We choose one of the two depending on services that are available at your address.
We ship only to USA and Canada.
Orders are shipped on the same or next business day after payment has been received. Tracking codes are sent to the customer via email and are also in the “My Account” area of this website. Customers can also check on the status of their order there. Shipment times range from two to five days within the contiguous States.
